Freight
|
- Our online system will calculate your freight at checkout
based on weight / volume, you will be asked to select shipping
destination / method.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes 'Direct deposits
/ Internet Payments are exempted'
- Orders from Free email services will not be processed,
as in Yahoo, Start, Hotmail, Juno or any other free e-mail forwarding
service
- Most orders will be shipped within the same day if stock
is available for orders before midday, provided payments has been
cleared, else 1 - 2 working days from order / payment date, we
will keep you informed by phone / email you if we cannot deliver
for any reason.
- Items above 20 kg may take more time for shipping, and
may not be shipped to certain areas in Australia
- Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes / parcels, kindly check
delivered items list for items on backorder. Should any part
of your order be missing, please contact us by email or phone,
quoting your order number / Invoice Number
- Order will be delivered using the following delivery methods:
- Parcels Up to 500g Australia
Post - Express Post
- Parcels Up to 3kg Satchels
Australia Post - Express Post Parcel
- Parcels over 3Kg - Up to 20kg
Australia Post - Parcel Post
- Above 20kg Special Delivery
Courier
- If you would like us to use Australian Post - Express Post Parcel,
our postal code is 3131. Use Australian
post calculator to calculate charges to your delivery post
office / area
- Please note Australia Post insures goods up to $5000.00
only if delivered by Parcel post (Not Express Post), we can't
send goods without insurance due to the high risk involved
- All goods above A$100.00 will be insured at 1% for every
$100 or part thereof
- We may require a signature upon delivery of goods
- Tadara Online may choose it's own preferred delivery couriers,
without notice
