  • Tadara Online utilizes a menu driven system offering a fast and efficient service, SSL Technology - Secure Order Shopping Baskets, just click Add to Cart to add your items to the basket, click on Check Out when you are ready to confirm order. If you have not register for a login, from view cart view, fill in your new member preferred login details and click next.

  • You must Enable Java in your browser, cookies not required
    Netscape: Edit - Preferences - Advanced - Tick 'Enable Java'
    Explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Security 'Custom settings' - scripting of Java applets 'Enabled'

  • On the left hand side of the screen, the main Product Categories are displayed, Sub Categories might be displayed if applicable consequently until Item List is displayed, Next might show at the bottom of the page indicating that more items exists to be displayed, simply click on Next or select you page.

  • Item list displays all the products within the selected category, showing product specification, price and an option to add it to the shopping cart.

  • For further product details click on the [ More ]. Detailed Item View page is displayed showing the relative product picture (if applicable) with a link to visit the manufacturer site for further details.

  • Items can be added to the Shopping Cart either from the Item List or from the Detailed Item View page,

  • Use our Search / Advance search Facility to browse more quickly through our large catalogue

Trading
  • Tadara Online Retail Store is accepting orders from / to Australia only, Orders from other countries have to be assessed individually. Please email us for details.

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars, including GST, Delivery Charges are extra subject to destination and delivery method, (Conditions apply, check our freight page for details)

  • We have the right to refuse any order if the cost of delivery exceeded our calculated cost due to extra delivery cost such as deliveries to country or remote areas.

  • Products showing a price of A$ 00.00 in value are not available for sale nor are they free.

  • Product Pictures are for illustration only, and may not represent the actual packaging of the product illustrated (OEM products are a good example of this. They are not packaged as in the retail package, they only include the item and the drivers if applicable, accessories / extra software are excluded).

  • If items are not available for delivery, we will contact you, please leave us sufficient contact details.

  • Microsoft OEM products are available only with purchase of systems "Must be Bootable system"

  • How to Place an Order:

    • Online - Use our Secure Ordering Shopping System to place your order, refer to payment options available

    • Fax - Fax your purchase order to (03) 98864887 together with your credit details, BACK SIDE showing your signature is required to be faxed as a proof of holding the card. The Online System will allow you to print your order together with a provision for writing down your card details.

    • Contact us by phone on 03 98935225, someone will help you to place your order if you are experiencing problems due to firewall problems at your end.

  • Every order will be investigated, fraud orders will be reported to the authorities, we reserve the right to not deliver questionable orders

  • Orders must be pre-paid in full before shipment takes place.

  • We reserve the right to refuse credit payment on any order, you may be offered alternative choices to pay by bank Cheque or direct bank deposit.

  • We reserve the right to modify our product, specifications or prices without notice, ERRORS & OMISSIONS EXCEPTED From Sale

  • All products and logos listed on our web site carry a copyright (registered) to their respective companies.

Payment

  • Tadara Online utilizes a 128-Bit Secure Web Server to process your orders, keeping it private and protected, credit card details are stored under a heavy security on a secondary server and not transmitted over the internet channels

  • Credit card details are not stored with your login details, nor kept online, they are deleted from our secure server immediately after we receive a confirmation of your order.

  • We guarantee your details will be only used for order processing purpose and will be kept secured, limited number of people has access to members credit card details.

  • Your always have the option to select to be called by phone to quote your credit details

  • On your subsequent order, you can elect to use your previous credit details.

  • How to Pay Your Orders?

    • Our Secured Web Server Ordering System accepts payments by MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard and American Express, Holders of Diners Club Has to use 'Direct Banking Deposit' for now, our apology for the inconvenience

    • FAX - Our Online Ordering System will print your order including a provision for credit card details. BACK SIDE of your credit card must be faxed to us together with your order as a proof of holding the card, no exceptions.
    • Banking Deposit / Internet Banking Transfer: Bank Of Melbourne (Or any Westpac Branch), Account Name: Tadara Pty. Ltd. BSB: 033-172, Account 193268, Email US / Receipt number / fax us at (03) 98864887 when deposit is done. Transfers normally takes between 24-48 hours before showing into our bank details. Goods will not be send out before payment clearance. Note: Please wait for our confirmation of your order BY PHONE before you place your deposit. Un Approved orders transfers will be transfered back within 24-48 hours untill funds is cleared into our bank account. Banking details are also been displayed on our contact page.

Warranty

  • All products listed on our web site carries a one year manufacturer warranty (against manufacturer defects only, does not cover usage, installation, compatibility is subject to manufacturer specification and recommended usage).
  • All our listed products carry a minimum one-year return-to-base manufacturer warranty (RTB) from Invoice Date, Many products carry their own additional warranty.
  • Warranty is limited to products itself by replacing or prepairing by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover any labour cost or any expense incurred or any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the products.
  • Warranties are not transferable.
  • Warranty is void if misuse, accidents or abuse of the equipment occurs i.e. Over-Clocking or not following the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Warranty is Void if Warranty Label / Serial label have been removed or tampered with.
  • Some manufacturers require returned goods in the original boxes / container, please keep them folded until warranty expires.
  • Warranty may take up to two months before replacement / repair, as all goods has to be send to our supplier in case needed repair / replacement, subject to warranty supplier Approval. We are not responsible for replacement if warranty is rejected by our supplier, due to damaged goods, miss used against manufacturer recommendation.
  • Serial number of products is required together with the Invoice / order number, please email us when you open your product, we will keep your serial number's) on our files, for reference, if required.

Return

  • If any product needs to be returned to base for warranty purpose, an authorisation number is required, please obtain this R.A. by email, describing the reason (we might be able to suggest an alternative solutions), Click here to fill in the form

  • Warranty is Void if Warranty Label have been removed or tampered with.

  • When sending goods back to us please note the following requirements:

    • Original Packaging must be included. Goods will not be accepted without the original packaging intact.

    • A copy of Invoice / Order Number must be included

    • The RA number must be marked on the outside of the box / parcel.

    • Goods must be sent back using registered and insured parcel's). We are not liable for lost goods.

    • Goods must be send to Tadara Pty. Ltd., PO Box 105 Forest Hill, Victoria 3131.

  • We are not responsible for goods returned without RA number.

  • Returned goods claimed to be faulty and subsequently found to be in good condition will incur $ 50.00 service charge.

  • Defective products will be exchanged with the same product / brand / title.

  • The customer agrees to cover courier charges for returning goods, except where the product is faulty or damaged in shipment.

  • Faulty returned products are repaired or replaced depending on the manufactures policies. Tadara Online will try to replace the faulty goods in a prompt manner unless where manufacture's warranty requires goods to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, stock unavailability or superseded models

  • Faulty goods due to over clocking are considered damaged against the manufacture recommendations, they will not be issued any RA number, nor they are subject to warranty.

  • Goods used against the manufacturer recommendations does not fall into the categories of warranty or refund, they will be charged 35% restocking.

  • Choose carefully as No Exchange / No returns applies to unhappy / unsatisfied with goods performance.

  • Unopened items may be returned for credit or replacement, 35% surcharge applies for restocking, based on the current price, not the original buying price, Replaced goods will incur the standard freight and delivery fees.

  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

Support
  • What you need to do before emailing / calling us / calling the manufacturer for support:

    • Invoice / Order Number for a proof of purchase and warranty purpose.

    • Full product name / brand / serial and model, this will help us, and the manufacturer identifying the product in question.

    • Your computer model / manufacturer, RAM Size, Processor, Graphic Card and any equipment attached to the system.

    • Email us first, describing the problem, we will respond within 24 hours, either by email or phone.

  • All Products carry a full support hot line from their manufacturer. Check our support links to obtain your support center and relevant telephone number

  • All listed suppliers carry excellent support facilities. Should you experience any problem with support issues, please contact us by email or by phone, we will happily undertake to resolve it.
